Rainmaker Capital Partners’ leadership combines deep experience in corporate finance, engineering, law, technology, the healthcare sector and impact-driven governance. Collectively, the directors have led two London Stock Exchange listings and one reverse listing; raised substantial private equity in South Africa, the UK and USA; chaired listed technology companies; and founded and run a boutique corporate finance firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Their portfolios include continent-wide engineering and extensive work in cross-border M&A, corporate law and regulatory matters. They serve on and advise a range of public, private and non-profit boards, including leading global health and development organisations, and are closely connected to an international network of high-net-worth and institutional investors.
